These terms cover orders placed on 3dbio.co. By ordering, you agree to them. They sit alongside our Refund, Shipping, and Privacy policies.

Made-to-order products

Each model is 3D printed to order from the structure you choose or upload. Colours and fine detail can vary slightly from what you see on screen, which is normal for 3D printing.

What we guarantee

We guarantee your model prints cleanly and reflects the structure and options you selected. If it arrives with a print defect or damage, we will make it right under our refund policy.

Levitation is not guaranteed

Our models are designed to levitate, but the floating itself is done by the Bambu Lab Magnetic Levitation Kit, which is sold separately and is not included. How well a given model floats also depends on its shape: tall or asymmetric structures can float tilted or be harder to balance. We optimise each model to balance over the magnet and warn you when a shape may not sit level, but we cannot guarantee perfectly level levitation for every structure.

Your content

If you upload a file, you confirm you have the right to use and print it. Please do not upload anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights. You keep any rights you had in your uploaded structure; you grant us the limited right to use it only to produce your order.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and include the print; shipping is added at cost. Payment is processed by Stripe when you order.

Limitation of liability

Our models are decorative display pieces, not toys or scientific instruments, and contain small parts and magnetic accessories that are not suitable for young children. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
