Made to order

Every model is 3D printed on demand after you order, then shipped to you. Nothing sits on a shelf, so please allow a little time for production before it goes out.

Timing

• Production: typically a few business days to print and finish your model.
• Delivery: transit time depends on your destination once it ships.

Cost

We charge shipping at cost. The price you see at checkout is what the carrier charges us, with no markup. Any duties or import taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States and Canada. If you are somewhere else, email support@3dbio.co before ordering and we will let you know if we can reach you.

Tracking

You will get an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping update with tracking once it is on its way. If something looks stuck, contact support@3dbio.co and we will chase it down. Lost or damaged shipments are covered by our refund policy.
