This policy explains what we collect when you use 3dbio.co and what we do with it. In short: we collect only what we need to print and ship your order, and we do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, shipping address, and email, so we can make and deliver your model and send order updates.
• Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Structure data: the protein or structure you search for or upload, used only to generate your printable model.
• Basic usage data: standard web and error logs to keep the site working.

Who we share it with

We share your name and shipping address with our print-and-fulfilment partner (Slant 3D) so they can produce and ship your order, and your payment details go to Stripe to take payment. That is it. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Uploaded structures

If you upload your own file, it is used only to build your print. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use (see our Terms).

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@3dbio.co. We keep order records as needed for accounting and support, and remove the rest on request.
