We want you to love your model. If anything is wrong, or you are simply not happy with it, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund.

What is covered

Within 30 days of delivery, you can request a full refund of the item if it:

• arrived damaged or with a print defect,
• was lost in transit, or
• just is not what you hoped for.

You do not need to return it

Each model is 3D printed to order, so we cannot restock and resell it. Please keep it, recycle it, or pass it on. Making you pay to ship it back would only add cost and waste.

How to request a refund

Email support@3dbio.co within 30 days of delivery with your order reference (from your confirmation email). A photo helps for a damaged item but is not required. We refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

A note on levitation

We guarantee the print, not the float. Levitation depends on the separately sold Bambu Lab Magnetic Levitation Kit and on the shape of your structure, so a model not floating perfectly level is not on its own a defect. See our Terms for details.
